This Privacy Policy explains how voicegrind (“voicegrind,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit voicegrind.com and join our waitlist. We keep it short and plain.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you request access, we collect the email address you submit and the page or source you submitted it from.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect standard usage data — pages viewed, referring page, approximate location, device and browser type, and interactions with the site — through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use information
- To contact you about access, invites, and updates related to your waitlist request.
- To operate, understand, and improve the website and the product.
- To keep the site secure and prevent abuse (for example, spam protection on our forms).
We do not sell your personal information, and we don’t use your waitlist email for unrelated marketing.
Service providers & analytics
We use a small number of trusted providers that process data on our behalf:
- Google Analytics (GA4) — aggregate website analytics.
- Microsoft Clarity — session analytics and heatmaps that show how the site is used.
- Supabase — stores waitlist signups securely.
- Vercel — hosts and serves the website.
- Workflow automation — notifies our team when a new signup arrives.
These providers process data under their own privacy terms. We share information with them only as needed to run the site, or where required by law.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity). You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some site features may work differently if you do. The site does not run third-party advertising cookies.

We keep your waitlist email until you ask us to remove it or it’s no longer needed for the purpose you gave it. Analytics data is retained according to our providers’ standard retention periods.

Children
voicegrind is a business tool and is not directed to children under 16. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children.
